Kopenhagen Konsulting partnered with a leading company to boost the cybersecurity knowledge of its executive leadership team and Board of Directors. The aim was to provide them with a deeper understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, helping to arm the company against emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

We designed and delivered two focused half-day educational sessions, led by the CISO. These sessions covered crucial cybersecurity topics specific to the energy sector, including cybercrime trends, government views on critical infrastructure threats, and the unique challenges facing the industry. To keep the sessions engaging, we introduced dynamic elements like thought-provoking dilemmas, expert guest speakers, live hacking demos by our Security Operations Center, and a strategic analysis of cybersecurity's role in corporate strategy. We meticulously prepared, reviewed, and rehearsed each part of the training to ensure a smooth delivery.

The training made a significant impact. The executive leadership team and Board of Directors expressed their appreciation for the in-depth, sector-specific knowledge they gained. This not only deepened their understanding of cybersecurity risks but also highlighted the complexities of protecting a global organization. The success of these sessions sparked a greater interest in prioritizing cybersecurity at the senior leadership level. The organization is now set to launch initiatives aimed at strengthening business resilience, continuity management, and crisis response.
