In a kilometer-based toll program, launching a dominant toll scheme by January 1, 2025, required integrating several interconnected systems. Collaborating with EETS providers was crucial for success. The client needed our expertise to implement and clarify the GNSS system, which is essential for accurate toll calculations using daily GNSS data from trucks. It was also vital to ensure that the technical frameworks complied with EETS directives and standards.

Kopenhagen Konsulting provided technical guidance and project management for the GNSS system. Collaborating with the S&B technical team and the GNSS platform supplier, we managed design clarifications for system integrations. Our role included sparring on solution design, refining requirements, and setting technical conditions for EETS provider collaboration. We prepared the technical and operational requirements, ensuring they met current and upcoming EETS standards for a seamless end-to-end technical engine.
