Ambition

After multiple attempts by the client to streamline operations and modernize the IT platform, it was clear that a radical new approach was needed. Kopenhagen Konsulting stepped in to drive this transformation. Our goal was to develop a strategic business process management framework that would simplify processes, support cloud migration, and ensure end-to-end process optimization using BPMN methodology.

Solution

Over six months, we worked closely with the client to establish a solid foundation in process management. Together, we developed a comprehensive 4-tier process landscape framework, ensuring detailed operational-level process flow mapping.
