Denmark's largest railway company realized their IT security level was low compared to their competitors and needed to be improved due to an EU directive. Kopenhagen Konsulting was brought in to create a roadmap to improve the company's IT security and communicate it in a simple and understandable way.

First, Kopenhagen Konsulting analyzed the client's previous activities and added new activities deemed necessary for success. Then, they created a roadmap based on the NIST-framework and categorized activities for easy communication.

Throughout the project, Kopenhagen Konsulting kept the client in the loop with updates and interactive features like a comment-section and zooming. The result was a clear and easy-to-understand roadmap that increased buy-in from stakeholders and improved IT security for the railway company.
