A Nordic payment provider wanted to optimize work-processes and reduce sales handling times to increase sales.

WHAT WE DID

Kopenhagen Konsulting acted as track-lead and delivery manager for an agile project and process optimization team. The responsibility consisted of designing, creating and documenting all business requirements together with key stakeholders across the organization. Then, executing on all prioritized business requirements to a new IT CRM-solution.
