Key responsibilities

As a Principal Consultant, you will contribute to the growth and expansion of Kopenhagen Konsulting by leading client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, and supporting business development efforts. You will:

• Independently lead and deliver high-quality client engagements, ensuring impactful solutions and successful outcomes.
• Ensure quality assurance by reviewing deliverables and providing guidance to junior consultants and project teams.
• Build and strengthen client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to account management, go-to-market strategies, and enhancing service offerings.
• Develop expertise and mentor colleagues, sharing knowledge within Kopenhagen Konsulting and fostering a learning culture.

Other important work tasks

• Lead internal development projects to improve methodologies, tools, and consulting best practices.
• Support structuring business activities, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.
• Share best practices and ways of working that can be leveraged on client engagements and within the organization.

ABOUT YOU & WHAT YOU BRING

You possess a natural curiosity and growing passion for working in the intersection between business and technology – preferably within the domains of Cyber Security, Risk and Digital.

Professional experience

• 4-6 years of solid internal or external management consulting experience.
• Strong project management capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering successful client engagements.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior consultants.
• Understanding of the intersection between business requirements and technology possibilities.
• Familiarity with account management and business development activities.

• Thrives in handling complex assignments and delivering high-impact solutions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while ensuring collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Resilient and adaptable, using challenges as opportunities for growth.

Education

• Master Degree.

Relevant background for the role could be a MSc within business administration, management, strategy, economics or IT. With that said, this is not a requirement, and the specific work experience and field of knowledge are considered more important.

Linguistic competence

Fluency in English and Danish or any equivalent Scandinavian language (both written and oral) is required.
