Key Responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment process, including interview booking, candidate communication, job postings, screening resumes, and participating in interviews.
• Assist with the development and expansion of our HR system.
• Support with general HR administrative tasks.
• Assist with people development concepts and activities.
• Support the Head of People with new and ongoing HR projects and initiatives.

About you

You possess a natural curiosity and a growing passion for working with people, HR and development. You’re a fast learner, service-minded and a team player thriving in a culture where we succeed together.

Professional experience

• Preferably you also like recruitment, people & leadership development and the entire HR life cycle experience.
• Experience with MS tools, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Enjoy the back and forth of focused routine tasks and energetic innovative projects and tasks.
  

Personal qualifications

• You’re eager to learn and develop your core HR and People toolbox and show an open mindset to new challenges.
• You’re naturally curious to learn new skills, technologies and solutions that make us and our clients better.
• You’re excited to contribute to the next evolution of consulting.
  

Education

We’d prefer if you’re at the end of your Bachelor’s degree or 1st year of your Master’s degree. Relevant background for the role could be a BSc/MSc within HRM, Communications or Psychology, Development and Business Administration. With that said, we look at you, the human with specific work experience and knowledge, not your paperwork.

Language

Fluency in English and Danish or any equivalent Scandinavian language (both written and oral) is required.
